Founder: Marie-France Lefebvre - The opening date is postponed.

This website was updated on 22 January 2012. The foundation of 'Toubab Dialaw International Holistic centre' project was completed in January 2010. The elevation is due mid of April 2012. After 13 years in London, Marie-France is exploring the Holistic side of Phuket, Thailand since August 2011. She will  organise Yoga classes both in French and English in Senegal as off end of April 2012.

My vision is to share with every one the power and depth of our ability to heal ourself, increase our energy level, increase the concentration of our mind and develop our intuition. Through a tailored dedicated Yoga practice any one has the potential to change her/his life, develop all intelligences within and work towards the manifestation of her/his independant project or dream.

In Toubab Dialaw International Holistic Centre the intention is:

-to  offer Yoga classes, Meditation session, Sacred sound practise, Reiki treatment, Acu Yoga Thai massage, Craniosacral therapy and Kinesiotherapy to every one.

- to give guidance on health improvement and advising on what type of Yoga and/or sport activity to choose together with nutrition advises.

-to encourage the study and comprehension of sacred text namely the Yoga Sutra of Patanjali.

-to offer people visiting Toubab Dialaw a Holistic holiday or week-end with the possibility of African drumming and/or African dance tuition.

- to merge integrative Yoga with African dance (traditional or contemporary) and African music.

-to work with local health practitioners, healers and artists.
